Daylight savings: Stressor

Just a note. Every spring I see people go out of alignment after the time change.  This change in sleep schedule can lead to a lack of sleep [1]. Also, be careful while driving: This study [2] states that there is a 17% increase in car accidents [3] after the spring time change.
