By appointment only! We are having a food drive November 26th to December 1st. This is a great time to get a friend or family member started with care here. You will also get to help others and come in for an adjustment/office visit.
New Patients: Nov. 26th-Nov. 30th
All new patients will receive a new patient exam for One Bag Of Groceries! That’s history, consultation, and physical exam (50-60 different orthopedic, chiropractic, and neurological tests). Normally this initial visit costs $95 (Alternatively, you can donate $50 or more to the Cleveland Food Bank). If you would like, x-rays will be offered at discounted rate of $100 ($50 off!)
Established Patients: Saturday, Dec. 1st
All you returning patients can come in that day and get a visit for one bag of groceries! Returning patients include those that have had the first adjustment visit and x-rays. (Alternatively, you can donate $50 or more to the Cleveland Food Bank).
