Allergy Season is upon us and I’m testing people for natural remedies to combat their hay fever and pollen sensitivities. Here are some of the products that I use:

Antronex: is a natural antihistamine that is extracted from cow liver. It is very effective for a quick reduction of allergy symptoms.

5-MTHF/folic acid. 5-MTHF is the fully converted form of folate. One in seven people have a genetic problem where they can’t convert folate to its final usable form. In addition to breaking down histamine, 5-MTHF helps with detoxification, cell repair, depression, and inflammation.

Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: This is B-6 and is also necessary for depression and inflammation. P-5-P breaks down histamine.

Betaine HCL: Betaine also breaks down histamine. I also use this to help people’s digestion and breaking down proteins.

Vitamin C: This is needed for your body to produce antihistamine. It’s also good for colds.

Camu Supreme: This is an herb with a very high concentration of natural Vitamin C.

Quercetone: This is a bioflavonoid (Vitamin C co-factor) that is also needed to produce anti-histamine. I also use this for inflammatory conditions especially “bounce back” headaches or medicine overuse headaches and medicine overuse inflammation.

Zinc Picolinate: Zinc is needed for the conversion of B-6. It is also needed to produce enzymes including digestive enzymes. I also use zinc for inflammation, reproductive system issues for men and women, infections, sores that don’t heal, colds, hair loss, and decreased night vision.

Riboflavin-5-Phospate is also needed for the conversion of B-6. I also use it for fatigue and emotional issues, and inflammation.

Magnesium: It is needed for the conversion of B-6 to P-5-P. It is also needed for muscle aches and pains, at risk pregnancy, stress, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and depression.

If you are suffering from allergies or have any of these other symptoms, you may have a simple nutritional deficiency. Let me know and we can figure out what remedy will work for you.
