No Heart Problems? Don’t take daily aspirin.

This week’s topic of the week is about how daily aspirin for those without a heart condition is not good for you.

While I’ve never recommended prophylactic doses of aspirin for those without heart conditions, those with heart conditions, should consider fish or krill oil (natural anti-inflammatory), 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (a type of folic acid that counters the inflammatory molecule homocysteine), ubiquinol (an active form of Co-Q-10), and vitamin D. Other nutrients commonly cited are vitamins E, C, B(s), magnesium, and selenium. Studies have also shown that upper cervical care can lower blood pressure.
