Daylight Savings is a Stressor. Be Extra Careful This Year.

Every spring I see people go out of alignment after the time change.  This change in sleep schedule can lead to a lack of sleep. Also, be careful while driving: This study states that there is a 17% increase in car accidents after the spring time change.
