Bone Broth
Erie Bone Broth LLC produces high quality chicken and beef bone broth made from organic ingredients. Each frozen package is 24 ounces by volume. It is made without any salt added (so make sure to add your own!).
All of our Bones and Vegetables are roasted to maximize their flavors. the Bones are soaked in apple cider vinegar to draw out the minerals and vitamins. We slow simmer our broth for 48 hours, resulting in a full flavored, vitamin rich broth that is perfect on its own or can be added to your daily cooking.
I was talking with Ellen Leamon, one of the owners, and she said that her doctor kept recommending bone broth for her (sound familiar?). At first she didn’t want to be bothered with making it herself so she kept looking locally for quality bone broth. Unfortunately, there was none to be found. Once she started though, she started to feel better and realized that Bone Broth truly is a super-food. She and Kelly Dimacchia realized that there was an opportunity in Cleveland to offer high quality bone broth to those who were unable or didn’t want to make their own, or for those that wanted to try some before making their own.
