December 1st – 6th

From December 1st -5th:
All new patients will receive a new patient exam for One Bag Of Groceries (or a donation of $40 or more)! That includes history, consultation, and physical exam (50-60 different orthopedic, chiropractic, and neurological tests). Normally this initial visit costs $115. X-rays will also be offered at a discounted rate of $100 (normally $180) with 1/2 going to the food bank.

Saturday December 6th:

For one day, returning patients can get an office visit/adjustment for one bag of groceries! (Alternatively, you can donate $40 or more to the Cleveland Food Bank). Returning patients include those that have had the first adjustment visit and x-rays.

Also on Saturday, Jordan will be doing chair massages: $10 donations to the Food Bank for 10 minutes of massage!
