By appointment only! We are having a food drive December 2-7th. This is a great time to get a friend or family member started with care here. You will also get to help others and come in for an adjustment/office visit.
New Patients: Dec 2 – 6
All new patients will receive a new patient exam for One Bag Of Groceries! That’s history, consultation, and physical exam (50-60 different orthopedic, chiropractic, and neurological tests). Normally this initial visit costs $115 (Alternatively, you can donate $40 or more to the Cleveland Food Bank). If you would like, x-rays will be offered at discounted rate of $100 (normally $180) with ½ going to the food bank.
Established Patients: Saturday, Dec. 7th
All you returning patients can come in that day and get a visit for one bag of groceries! Returning patients include those that have had the first adjustment visit and x-rays. (Alternatively, you can donate $40 or more to the Cleveland Food Bank).
