Extended! December 8th and 9th:
All new patients will receive a new patient exam for One Bag Of Groceries (or a donation of $40 or more)! That includes history, consultation, and physical exam (50-60 different orthopedic, chiropractic, and neurological tests). Normally this initial visit costs $115. X-rays will also be offered at a discounted rate of $100 (normally $180) with 1/2 going to the food bank.
