If you haven’t yet, it’s time to start taking Vitamin D. 75% of us in North America are low in Vitamin D with over 95% of African Americans low it it.
For adults, I’m recommending 5,000 IU per day. For pre-teen children 2,000 IU per day. I recommend increasing the dose if people around you start to get sick or if you get sick.
