I brought the donations to the Cleveland Food Bank on Wednesday. When I went to unload the food, the guys were surprised at how much was in my Vibe. He assumed we would just carry the donations but quickly decided to bring a crate over. It turned out to be 470 lbs. I then brought the check into the front; the receptionist told me that it was a significant donation. For every dollar given, the Cleveland Food Bank is able to provide 4 meals. That means we are providing 3,268 meals from our food drive. So if you gave $40, that means 160 meals. $50 is 200 meals. If you gave $90 as a new patient, that was 360 meals. That’s not counting the 470 lbs donated. Thank you and congratulations!
